Andrew has a strong desire to help his
clients heal, to overcome, and to step into
their potential and has lead him to where
he is today.
As a bodybuilder and athlete, my training focus has always been on aesthetics and athletic performance. Over the years, I have noticed that injuries have become a widely accepted factor in training, and I have experienced this firsthand. It is clear to see that there is a pattern and problem in the industry. I believed there must be another way, and for over 7 years, I have explored different training, rehab, and healing methods to add to my tool belt.
My desire to understand and help people heal, overcome, and reach their potential has led me to where I am today.
A common statement from my clients is, "I have been to every specialist, and none of them have been able to really help me heal from this." However, often times, we are able to help them heal and reach their greater potential.

RACHEL O'KEEFE

Rachel aims to educate her clients to move safely
to prevent and stop recurring injuries
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life stemming from my 10+ years in competitive gymnastics. Unfortunately, an accident in the sport left me with a chronic lower back injury that gave me no option but to step away from the sport. My identity was taken, and I was lost. Until I found my new passion in strength training.
As a coach my aim is to educate my clients to move safely to prevent and stop recurring injuries. I want to share the knowledge I wish I had years ago that would have saved me a lot of time and pain!
Another goal of mine is to teach you how to make this a long term enjoyable lifestyle. You can still live life, have fun, while creating healthy sustainable habits!
My favourite thing about being a coach is connecting with my clients and watching them grow in confidence both physically and mentally. I am extremely passionate about what I do which is why I made the career change away from elementary teaching to be a full time coach.

Sydney teaches sustainable ways to make
fitness a priority in people's lives.
After transforming my own life by adopting a healthy lifestyle, it inspired me to share my passion with others by becoming a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2017.
Helping others find their own passion for this lifestyle is my focus and I teach sustainable ways to make fitness a priority in people's lives.
As a trainer, it is my job to see the potential in my clients and to help them achieve what they previously thought was impossible.
I believe teaching mindset practices is an integral part to making sure I don’t just give my clients results, but help them keep the results for life.
In my down time I love cooking and baking healthier versions of recipes. I also have a passion for travelling and competing in bodybuilding competitions.
HAZEL NICHOL
COACH
Hazel has a strong background in competitive
gymnastics and dance which adds variety and
diversity to her training programs.
With a background in competitive gymnastics and dance, I learned to love fitness and physical activity at a very young age. Through the years I transitioned from these sports into weight training, and when I started coaching I realized I had found my passion.
I incorporate aspects from many different training styles into my coaching, mainly boxing, gymnastics and CrossFit as these are most developed in my skill set. This adds variety and diversity to my training programs while always emphasizing the importance of longevity and building healthy movement patterns.
Helping people gain strength and confidence is endlessly rewarding and getting to share my passion with my clients is a true privilege.
